The hotel offered two complimentary bottles of water per day and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of both Western and Chinese cuisine. The quiet location provided a peaceful night's sleep and the friendly staff spoke English well. Additionally, the luxurious amenities in the rooms were a pleasure to use.

The hotel was located in a remote area and getting to nearby attractions required a long taxi or subway ride. Additionally, there were no restaurants or food options nearby so guests were limited to the hotel's dining options.

Its a bit of a walk from reception to the lifts, breakfast is pricey and beaware veggies the margarita pizza is full of meat!

I really liked my room and all the hotel facilities. It is very difficult to find a superior quality hotel with their fees in Shanghai. SO excellent value for money. more specifically i liked the bathroom and the wonderful old style bathtub!!! Try it!

unfortunally the hotel is located downtown in Pudong, far for the city center and with the traffic jam it is very difficult be always on time. Another thing there were a strange petroleum smell in the room and the corridors... never understood why!

The hotel was fantastic! Clean rooms with elegant decor and some even had balconies. Great breakfast options and good restaurants nearby. It was conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get around the city.

This luxury hotel offers exclusive amenities with excellent service from the staff. The in-room breakfast was delicious and served promptly. The indoor swimming pool and spa centre were well-maintained and had a relaxed atmosphere. The private facilities in the room were a nice touch, making our stay very comfortable. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had a great selection of food and drinks.

The location of the hotel is a bit isolated, making it inconvenient to go to other areas of the city. However, there is a subway station located within walking distance of the hotel.

I stayed many hotels in the world, but this hotel is one of the most remarkable hotel in the world. Good points are (1) Room is large and beautiful (2) Bath room wall is all made by glass, you can see bed room from bath room. Off course, there is blind on the glass wall (4) Bath tab was also large enough (4) Indoor pool is big enough (30m x 20m) to swim and very beautiful. (5) Some drinks (Cola, Pepsi,Beer) in Refrigerator are free of charge

The whole hotel is grandiose. From the lobby to the amenities in our room, it is just beautiful and comfortable. The staff are very polite and friendly. It is only a 5 min drive with taxi to the Maglev, which makes it a perfect hotel if you need to catch the flight.

Spent the New Year at a luxurious hotel with great amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The indoor swimming pool and the spa were a refreshing way to start the New Year. The location was perfect, allowing for easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

The internet was slow, making it difficult to stay connected with family and friends during the holiday. The breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced for what was offered.

The freindliness of the staffs, the comfort level provided with their service. The meet and Greet Service was the best. Rooms were amazing and the wahrooms were the best. A personla touch at the evenings with a Sweet Dreams message.

The room service menu can be improved. It would have been better if the breakfast would have been included with the package.

I recently stayed at a luxury hotel that had some amazing features. The location was great, near the subway and the rivers. The restaurant was huge and offered a lot of options for food. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a big bed and a great view. The bathroom was spotless and had all the amenities I needed. The service was impeccable, the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of options. a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

Although the hotel was great in every aspect, the pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked. They tended to collapse and were not very supportive, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. Nice room, clean, with excellent bed. Most of all I was happy with the manadgers. They work very good. We spoke with msLane Mao. She is excellent guest officer.
